Right-click on the shortcut for Planswift and choose "Properties" from the menu
Choose the "Compatibility" from the window that is displayed
Click the "Change high DPI settings" button
Check the "Override high DPI scaling behavior." box and choose "System" from the drop-down box.
Now click OK on all windows until they are all closed.
